Cheryl Novak

ROLE IN THE PROJECT:
Working to improve integration outcomes of third country national females through entrepreneurship
Cheryl Novak is a research associate of ELIAMEP and project manager, working in the fields of sustainability and migration. In addition to the MIrreM project, currently she is researcher and manager of the AMIF-funded ATHENA project, working to improve integration outcomes of third country national females through entrepreneurship. She also participates in roundtables and initiatives of the Regional Cooperation Council and Delphi Forum. Cheryl has a MSt in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and MSc in Sustainability and Quality in the Marine Industry, and is certified in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and PM2. Before joining ELIAMEP she was Director General of Education at the European Public Law Organization where she developed education, training and research programs on the migration crisis in Greece, amongst other topics.
