Andrei Yeliseyeu (former MIrreM researcher)

ROLE IN THE PROJECT:
He researches the migration diplomacy of Belarus and the migration industry in countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
Andrei Yeliseyeu is a political scientist. He is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw where his research focuses on the study of Belarus’s migration diplomacy, and an affiliate of the Centre of Migration Research at the University of Warsaw where he mostly analyses the migration industry in countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Andrei has worked in the think tank sector for over ten years and completed fellowships at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs and Globsec Policy Institute (Slovakia). He has been part of several international research projects in the field of international migration in the capacity of a country expert.
